Usability test: Can users find an “About” page in the navigation when it’s nested under “More”?

BloomCU conducted a usability study with 5 consumers to find the best Screen Usability Score (SCUS), which measures how easy it is for a user to perform a given task.

 

Results

We saw a score of 94 when the about page was nested under a top-level category called “More”, which was used as a catch-all for a few pages that didn’t fit nicely into other menu categories like “Accounts”, “Loans”, etc.
